Silk Screening
Silk Screening or Screen Printing is a stenciling method involving permanent paint to apply a bold or graphic design on garments. This method is best suited for artwork with limited colors.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric using a needle and thread to stitch a graphic, name, or number. Embroidery works best with artwork containing minimal detail.
DTF
Full color artwork digitally printed on a transfer to adhere to various fabrics using heat.
DTG
Direct to Garment printing uses a high-end printer which allows the printing of actual portraits, human faces (up to 600 dpi), etc. with no limits on number of colors. DTG prints best on light garments, however, can be printed on dark materials with a white underlay applied first.
HTV
Single or multi color artwork printed on a transfer to adhere to various fabrics using heat.
Permanent Vinyl
Single color artwork printed on a transfer to “permanently” adhere to various materials.
Engraving + Etching
Engraving is a physical process using sharp tools to cut lines directly into a surface, and etching is a chemical process which burns lines into a surface using acid.
Sublimation
Dye sublimation is a digital printing technology that uses heat transfer to apply a full color image to the intended substrate. Sublimation can only be done on specific items and materials.
